name after the beards on the flowers lower petals.
- Tall Bearded Irises
becomes over 70 cm. in height.

Flowering |
- Bright yellow upper petals.
- Lower petals are dark yellow, heavily
covered with dark maroon-brown.
- Orange-yellow beards.

- 2009: Flowered 14th of June.

Growth and care |
- "Rajah" grows to
about 1 meter in height.
- It should be
re-planted every few years to maintain a good flowering.
