The plant room in the basement. There the pelargonium's and other plants that can't survive the cold Norwegian winter is thriving. And some of the pelargonium's are flowering right now. I should probably pinch of the buds and flowers, but can't get around to do it. The plant seams to thrive anyhow.

Feels good to have started the sowing. Now these will have their place in the living room window until they are big enough to be planted into larger pots.

Tried ones before without much luck. But the flowers are so beautiful so I'm trying again. Purple spikes of small flowers.

     
 

Rudbeckia "Cherry Brandy"

New for me, but Rudbeckia is always a success. These are as red as a rudbeckia can be and will be placed in the red flowerbed.

New for me, but Rudbeckia is always a success. These are dark yellow with a brown centre. For the yellow flowerbed.

     

Cosmos "Purity"

The white cosmos. Great to plant en mass in the white flowerbed. This I must have every year. Easy to grow.

The double cosmos in a colour mix of reds, pinks and white. Great to plant en mass in the background of the red flowerbed. This I must have every year. Easy to grow.

     

Cosmos "Gazebo Mixed"

The single cosmos in a colour mix of reds, pinks and white. Great to plant en mass in the background of the red flowerbed. This I must have every year. Easy to grow.

     

Orlaya Grandiflora

A beautiful summer flower I must have every year. Easy to grow.

     
  Dahlia "Bishops Children"

My first year trying to grow dahlias from seed. This dahlia has purple coloured leafs, and the single flowers comes in warm colours in reds, pinks and dark yellows.

     
  Dahlia Coccinea "Victoriana Mix"

My first year trying to grow dahlias from seed. The single flowers comes in warm colours in reds, pinks, whites and dark yellows.

     

Lavatera "Silver Cup"

This is a must in my garden. Flowers over a long period and is easy to grow. A good flower to plant en mass in the red flowerbed or between the roses in the rose bed.

A white lavatera. This is a must in my garden. Flowers over a long period and is easy to grow. A good flower to plant en mass in the white flowerbed.

     

 

Cosmidium Burridgeanum "Philippine" This plant is new for me this year, but it is, according to Thompson & Morgan quite easy to grow. Dark yellow flowers with a large brown centre.
     

 

Malope "Glacier Fruits Mixed" This plant is new for me this year, but it is, according to Thompson & Morgan quite easy to grow. Spikes of flowers in the colours red, pink and white.
     

Centaurea Cyanus "Black Bell" Red cornflower. this I have every year.
     

Centaurea Cyanus "Blue Diadem" Blue cornflower. this I have every year.
     

Centaurea "The Bride" White cornflower. this I have every year.
     

 

Centaurea "Dairy Maid" Yellow cornflower. this is new to me.
     

 

Nasturtium "Black Velvet" Dark red flowers. Very easy to grow. This variant is new to me this year.
     

 

Nasturtium "Cobra" Red flowers an purple leafs. Very easy to grow. This variant is new to me this year.
     

 

Nasturtium "Ladybird" Dark yellow flowers with brown drawings. Very easy to grow. This variant is new to me this year.
     

 

Nasturtium "Milkmaid" Pale yellow flowers. Very easy to grow. This variant is new to me this year.
     

 

Amberboa Muricata New this year. It looked nice in the picture in the Thompson & Morgan catalogue.  a medium high blue flower thought to be planted en mass in the blue flowerbed.

 

   

 

Aster Chienensis "Blue Ribbon" A low blue aster, with white edges on the petals.

 

   

 

Calendula "Orange Button", "Orange King" og "Apricot Twist" Pot Marigolds in orange and yellow.

 

   

Tagetes "Starfire" A beautiful tagetes with small flowers. Great in front of a mixed flowerbed.

 

   

Clematis Integrifolia "Bells" A mix of "Pink Bells" and "Blue Bells". A low clematis thats quite easy to grow.

 

   

 

Clematis Macropetala A mix of blue and pink macropetala hybrides. Quite easy to grow.

 

   

 

Primula Japonica "Appleblossom" and Primula Vialii Primulas are quite easy to grow. These are new for me this year.

 

   

 

Auricula x Pubescens A type of primula. Fit for the rock garden. New for me this year.

 

   

Pulsatilla "Heiler Hybrids" Pulsatilla in a colour mix. These are new for me.
     
  Chrysanthemum "Bright Eye" A white chrysanthemum with a large centre in red and yellow.
